Hi, I’m Daniel Blankenship.

For the past 14 years, I worked as a traditional “full-fee” REALTOR®. During that time, I realized something important—no matter what a seller paid in compensation, I was already doing everything possible to get their home sold.Professional photography, strong signage, high-level marketing, and maximum exposure across all the major real estate websites—because that’s what it takes in today’s market. Buyers start their search online, and if your home doesn’t look amazing there, you’re not getting showings. It’s that simple.That realization led me to make a change.

Today, I’m the Broker/Owner of 1% Lists Desert 2 Coast Real Estate and part of the 1% Lists network (Office #70). I have offices in Helendale and Palm Springs to serve clients throughout the High Desert, Coachella Valley, and surrounding Southern California markets. I joined 1% Lists to offer the same full-service experience I’ve always provided—just at a smarter, more cost-effective rate. Nothing about the service is reduced.
